Faery Tellings

I'm sleepy...its been a long Memorial weekend and we had a minor family emergency (which is fine now! :aww:). We had fun though, got to enjoy the beautiful weather camping and exploring. We did find a very sweet, primitive campground not far from where we were camping. I would really love to go back and spend a weekend camping there. Our dog loved it too, between the excitement of being let off his leash and the creek running through the camp area, he ran himself until he was exhausted (and almost knocked me down several times :giggle:). He ended up being completely soaked with water by the time he was done. So we had to drive back to our campsite with wet dog smell. :P I got some nice shots though while we were there. It was really a beautiful area, I'll have to go back again, atleast to take our dog again. :aww:

I've also been reading a lot lately. Looking through photography books of guides. I'm learning a lot and I'm excited about the possibilities. :dance:

I'm not so good about describing myself, I've always opted out for the silly or random phrases. So bare with me while I try to be a little more...more...something. :)

I can honestly say that I've mellowed out within the past two years. I've done a lot of growing up and think I'm more in a peaceful mindset. With a little one on the way, its flipped my whole perspective on life. I'm excited for the changes life is giving me and I'm hoping that it will rub off onto my artwork. I picked up a love for matte painting and photography in the past and I plan to dust off the tools of the trade and try to share the world with everyone through my eyes. Hopefully I'll be successful with projecting that onto you, but we'll have to just wait and see...:aww:

I'm doing great! Can't complain, I'm strapping down for some sleepless nights here pretty soon. :aww: I hope you're doing good too. For sure, I'll have to IM you sometime, just have to first adjust to having a baby in my room. :aww: :hug:

Glad that you're doing good! hmm...I guess you could call it a renewed dA life :aww: just trying to get back into the swing of things. I still want to keep doing digital art, but my computer is waiting to find a permanent home. We are redoing the spare bedroom into an office so right now we are without the computers. We have our laptops, but I can't do anything artistic on them. So until then, I have access to the camera, so I'm going to try to perfect my photography in the mean time :nod: What you been up to?

For some reason Ive always found photography more interesting for some odd reason,Ive also found most programs uninteresting for the past couple of years so I am way out of the loop when it comes to things :P besides ~SBDOLL8 and my daughter who is a little weirdo and is 2 and a half now I dont have much time to do much besides lurk, so maybe this summer I will be able to do more stuff but who knows something always comes up :)
